Submission Guideline

• The papers accepted by ISPACS 2024 will be published on IEEE Xplore.


• IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.


• Authors are required to submit a 2-5 pages paper for review, including tables, figures, and references to the above Online Paper Submission site by August 15, 2024 August 31, 2024 [Final Extension].


• Please write your paper using Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates consistent with IEEE Conference Proceedings on an A4 page without the author's biography. You can download the template here or from the IEEE website. When submitting the review paper, you don’t need to use PDF eXpress.


• Authors can choose different topics for each paper.


• After reviewing, please modify your paper using PDF eXpress (clikc here to PDF eXpress site) into a camera-ready format before submitting. You will need the Conference ID to log in, which is: 62486X.


• Please take notice that the final paper should be submitted by October 10.


• After uploading the final paper, please ensure you process the copyright. The IEEE copyright submission can be done at EDAS online.


• The registration system (https://www.ieee-ispacs2024.org/regist) is now open. Each paper should be registered with Full Registration Rate before October 15. Each Full Registration can include at most 2 papers. Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.


• There is no limitation on paper submission for each author. However, one full registration can include 2 papers at most. The participant who has more than two papers accepted should pay an additional fee of TWD 7,500 (USD 250) per paper.
