Registration Policy
- Each paper needs at least 1 full registration, otherwise the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings. Student registration cannot be considered as a full registration.
- One full registration can register at most 2 papers. The participant accepted more than two papers should pay additional fee TWD 7,500 (USD 250) per paper.
- Registration fee must be paid in Taiwan Dollar (TWD) .
- Student registrants (member or non-member) must provide proof of student status by uploading a copy of the university identification (ID) card through on-line registration system.
IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration. Please visit https://www.ieee.org/membership/join/index.html to join.
- Authors of accepted papers are requested to complete online registration by Oct. 15, 2024, to facilitate program arrangements.
- Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
- For application of insurance, ID/Passport No. and date of birth are required for participants and accompanying persons who will be joining the Conference Tour.
Online Registration and Payment
Online registration and payment is highly recommended. Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All payments must be made in Taiwanese Dollars. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable).
The symposium registration fee will be collected by the IET Taipei Local Network, and a receipt will be issued by the IET Taipei Local Network.
Cancellation Policy
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail (
ispacs2024@gmail.com) and confirmed by the Secretariat before October 1, 2024. No refunds will be provided after this date.
